Creamy Chicken Italian Dinner
A classic Italian-inspired dinner featuring chicken breast in a creamy sauce, served with pasta.
Ingredients

- β8 ounces pastalinguine or fettuccine
- β1 cup heavy creamwhole or low-fat
- β1/2 cup grated parmesan cheesefreshly shredded
- β1/4 cup basil leaveschopped, fresh
- β3 garlic clovesminced
- β2 tablespoons olive oilextra-virgin
- β salt and pepperto taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
