Thai Chewy Cake
A unique Thai dessert made with semolina and a hint of zesty flavor. Perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Semolina
- β1 bar, crushed Chewy
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β1 cup Coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons Zesty
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β2 large Eggs
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1 tablespoon, chopped Brazilian

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine semolina, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut milk, zesty, and vanilla extract.

Add crushed chewy and chopped Brazilian to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Add eggs and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Pour the batter into a greased casserole dish.
