Chewy Vietnamese Chocolate Cookies
Soft-baked cookies with a rich cacao flavor, inspired by Indian spices. Perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- β2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 cup cacao powder
- β1 tsp baking soda
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter
- β1 cup brown sugar
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk together flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in flour mixture until just combined.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie.
