- β1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- β1/4 cup chewyoptional
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- β1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β1 cup coconut milk
- β1 cup vegetable broth
