- β1 Beef filletfor serving
- β1 Mashfor serving
- β2 tablespoons Sakeor substitute with mirin
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceor substitute with tamari
- β1 tablespoon Honeyor substitute with maple syrup
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegarfor glaze
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Grill or pan-fry the bangers until browned.

3. In a small saucepan, combine sake, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
