Australian Sirloin Steak Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with grilled sirloin steak, served with a side of tangy sauce. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1-1.5 pounds Australian sirloin steakpreferably Ribeye or Striploin
- β1-2 wraps Buttery wrapflour or corn tortilla
- βa handful Shattering lettuceany crisp lettuce variety
- β1 medium Tomatoany variety
- β1/4 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- β2-3 tablespoons Mayonnaiseor any other sauce of choice

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400Β°F/200Β°C).

2. Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

5. Meanwhile, toast the wrap on the grill or in a toaster.

6. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the wrap.
