Dolsot Potatoes
A simple and flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring potatoes cooked in a dolsot. This recipe is vegan-friendly and can be made in under an hour.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.

Place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with a little water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Transfer the potatoes to the stone and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they're tender and lightly browned.
