Tofu Ramen Tacos
A fusion twist on traditional ramen, featuring crispy tofu and served in a taco shell.
Ingredients
- β1 block, drained and cut into small pieces Tofu
- β1 package, broken into small pieces Ramen
- β2 tablespoons Aromatic oilsuch as sesame or peanut oil
- β2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Shio
- β4-6 shells Taco shells
- βchopped, for garnish Cilantro
- β4-6 wedges Lime wedges
Instructions

Heat the aromatic oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the broken ramen pieces and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the tofu pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Japanese soy sauce and Shio.

Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the tofu and ramen are well coated.

Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
