Squid Dosa
A spicy seafood twist on traditional Indian dosas. Crispy dosa wraps filled with tender squid.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups Rice flourFor the dosa batter
- ●1 cup Urad dalFor the dosa batter
- ●1 lb SquidCleaned and cut into small pieces
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●1/4 cup Aromatic curry leavesChopped
- ●1-inch piece GingerGinger paste
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 tsp Chili powderAdjust to taste
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juiceFor serving

Soak the rice flour and urad dal in water for 4 hours.

Drain and grind the mixture into a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with oil.

Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter and spread into a circle.

Cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook for another minute.

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the squid until cooked through.

Add the chopped onion, curry leaves, ginger paste, and garlic to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the chili powder and mix well.

To assemble the dosa, place a cooked dosa on a plate, add a spoonful of the squid mixture, and roll up.
