Egyptian-Style Baked Oysters
A flavorful twist on traditional baked oysters, infused with Egyptian spices and herbs.
Ingredients

- β2 cloves aromaticminced
- β1 tsp egyptianground cumin
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βchopped fresh parsleyoptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the oysters and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Place the oysters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the oysters with olive oil and sprinkle the garlic-cumin mixture evenly over the top.
