Brazilian-Style Roast Beef
A flavorful and tender roast beef dish with a hint of Brazilian spices, served gluten-free.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Beef broth
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons Coffee
- ●2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- ●2 teaspoons Cumin
- ●1 teaspoon Paprika
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

Season the roast with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the roast until browned on all sides.

Remove the roast from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until it's softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth, coffee, and brown sugar to the pot, scraping up any browned bits.

Return the roast to the pot and cover with a lid.

Transfer the pot to the preheated oven and roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
