- β1 package Cig Kofte Mixmake sure it's vegan
- β1 block Airy Feta Alternativemade from tofu or cashew cream
- β1 head Lettucefor garnish
- β1 tsp Turkish Spice Blendfor flavor

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the iceberg lettuce into large leaves.

Toast the Turkish bread and crumble it into small pieces.

Mix the Cig Kofte mix with the Airy Feta Alternative and Turkish Spice Blend.
