Turkish-Style Keto Kofte Meatballs
A low-carb twist on traditional Turkish kofte, made with ground meat and spices, served with a side of fresh lettuce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground Cig SausageMake sure to choose a low-carb sausage option
- β1 head LettuceFor serving
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Airy Feta CheeseOptional but recommended for added flavor
- β2 tablespoons Light Olive OilFor cooking
- β1 teaspoon Cig Spice MixAvailable at most Middle Eastern grocery stores

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, feta cheese (if using), and spice mix.

3. Mix well with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

4. Use your hands to shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter.

5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Drizzle with olive oil and gently roll to coat evenly.
