Syrian-Style Fried Pork Chops

- β1 cup All-purpose Flourfor dusting
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β2 tablespoons Syrian Spice Blendavailable at most middle eastern markets
- β1 cup Panko Breadcrumbsfor coating
- β1/2 cup Vegetable Oilfor frying

1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, Syrian spice blend, and a pinch of salt.

2. Dip each pork chop into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

3. Dip the floured pork chop into the beaten egg, making sure to coat completely.

4. Roll the egg-coated pork chop in the panko breadcrumbs to coat.
