Crispy Pork Stir Fry
A quick and delicious Chinese-inspired dish made with crispy pork and stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound porksliced into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor seasoning
- β1 tablespoon syrupfor glaze
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok.

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Return the pork to the wok and add the soy sauce.

Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the pork is coated in the sauce.
