Japanese-Style Chicken Tagine with a French Twist
A fusion recipe that combines the flavors of Japan and France, featuring chicken cooked in a traditional tagine with a hint of Japanese spices.

- β1 teaspoon Japanese chili flakes (togarashi)
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β2 teaspoons tagine spice blend
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven or clay tagine over medium-high heat.
