Venezuelan Plantain Casserole
A delicious and comforting casserole made with plantains, perfect for a hearty dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp adventurous seasoning blend
- β1/4 cup buttery breadcrumbs
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β salt and pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Slice the plantains into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the plantain slices and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

In a separate bowl, mix together the adventurous seasoning blend, buttery breadcrumbs, and grated cheddar cheese.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, create a layer of plantain slices.

Sprinkle half of the breadcrumb mixture over the plantains.
