Citrusy French Beef Pilaf
A flavorful beef pilaf dish infused with citrusy notes from the zingy citrus sauce. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Zingy Citrus Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup French Pilaf Mixfollow package instructions for ratio of mix to liquid
- β2 cups Waterfor cooking the pilaf
- β2 tablespoons Aerated Olive Oilfor added flavor

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the pilaf mix and water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the pilaf is tender.
