Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Zesty fillingMade with a mix of chili sauce, soy sauce, and sugar
- ●1 tsp Malaysian seasoningA blend of coriander, cumin, and turmeric
- ●2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor brushing bao
- ●1/4 cup ScallionsChopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out bao dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
