Talavera and Zesty Jelly Tart

- β1/2 cup zesty
- β1/4 cup bilo
- β1/4 cup bilo
- β1 tablespoon glassy
- β2 tablespoons winey

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
