Thai-Style Beef Larb Buns
A twist on traditional Japanese buns, these bite-sized treats are filled with spicy Thai-style beef larb. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground beef
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β1 package Mung bean noodles
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsfor garnish
- β4-6 Soft buns

1. Cook the mung bean noodles according to package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

4. Add the Thai red curry paste and cook for 1 minute.

5. Stir in the fish sauce and lime juice.

6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

7. Stir in the chopped cilantro.

8. To assemble the buns, spread a small amount of the beef larb mixture onto the bottom of each bun.
