Shawarma Chicken Noodle Bowl
A flavorful and authentic Shawarma-inspired dish with chicken, noodles, and vegetables. This recipe combines the best of the Middle East in a delicious and easy-to-make meal.
Ingredients
- β500g chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β200g oriental noodlesrice noodles or egg noodles
- β2 tbsp shawarma spice blendor a mix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium tomatochopped
- β1 medium cucumbersliced
- β1 cup lettuceshredded
- β100g tzatziki saucestore-bought or homemade

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the chopped tomato and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

5. In a separate pan, cook the oriental noodles according to the package instructions.

6. In a small bowl, mix together the shawarma spice blend and a pinch of salt.
