Classic Quebecois Poutine Beef Casserole
A hearty casserole featuring layers of beef, cheese curds, and crispy fries, inspired by the popular Canadian dish.

- β2 cups Umami-rich beef brothHomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Zesty ketchupHomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Poutine cheese curdsFresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 cups Canadian friesHomemade or store-bought
- β Salt and pepperTo taste
- β1/4 cup Bacon bitsOptional
