Turkish Prawn Borek
A flavorful and crispy Turkish-style borek filled with succulent prawns. Serve as an appetizer or snack.

- β1 pound Prawnspeeled and deveined
- β1/2 cup Zesty Feta Cheesecrumbled
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- β1 package Turkish Borek Pastrythawed
- β1 Eggbeaten
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Unroll the borek pastry and cut into 4 equal pieces.

In a bowl, mix together prawns, feta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Place a tablespoon of the prawn mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.

Brush the edges with the beaten egg and fold the pastry to form a triangle.

Press the edges to seal and use a fork to crimp.

Place the borek on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
