Spicy Syrian Millet Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish from Syria, made with spicy zesty millet and served with crispy fried onions.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Zesty Pilaf Spice Mix
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 cups Water

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the millet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
