Tiger Prawns with Mediterranean Paella

Ingredients
- β1 pound Tiger prawnspeeled and deveined
- β1 cup Paella riceuncooked
- β1 tablespoon Mediterranean seasoningdried
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Cherry tomatoeshalved
- β1 cup Red bell pepperdiced
- β1/4 cup Zesty olivespitted

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
