Japanese-Style Pork Gyudon

Ingredients

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook until they are softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
