Slovakian Pork Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring tender pork skewers with a Slovakian twist. Perfect for a quick dinner or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder, thinly slicedcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup zesty yogurt marinadesee instructions for recipe
- β2 tablespoons smoky paprikaor to taste
- β1/2 pound slovakian sausage, slicedoptional
- β1 large onion, slicedfor added flavor
- β1 large bell pepper, slicedany color
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste black pepperfor seasoning

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt marinade ingredients (see below) and add sliced pork. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread pork, sausage, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Serve hot with additional yogurt marinade for serving, if desired.

Yogurt Marinade: Mix together 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons zesty sauce, 1 tablespoon smoky paprika, and 1 minced garlic clove.
