Jamaican Chicken Skewers with Zesty Dipping Sauce
A fusion of Japanese and Jamaican flavors, these chicken skewers are marinated in a sweet and spicy mixture, grilled to perfection and served with a zesty dipping sauce.

- β2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Zesty soy sauceor regular soy sauce with a squeeze of fresh lime juice
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugaror honey
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oilor vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Grated gingerfresh or frozen
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsoptional

In a large bowl, whisk together zesty soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, green onions, grated ginger, and Jamaican jerk seasoning.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
