Saudi Fried Sesame Seed Fritters
Crispy fried fritters filled with a nutty sesame seed mixture, inspired by Saudi cuisine.

- β2 tablespoons zesty sesame oil
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 cup fry mix (saudi style)

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix well.

3. Gradually add fry mix to the mixture and mix until well combined.
