Grilled Fish Kebabs with Egyptian Flair
A flavorful and healthy dish featuring fish kebabs marinated in a zesty Egyptian-inspired sauce, served with a side of roasted vegetables.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together zesty Egyptian marinade ingredients: lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Add fish fillets to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Thread vegetables onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

5. Brush vegetables with roasted vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
