- β1/4 cup portuguese peri-peri saucefor marinating
- β1 medium red onionsliced and separated
- β1 medium cucumbersliced and separated

- β1 bunch lettucetorn into small pieces
- β1/4 cup feta cheesecrumbly
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing flatbread
