Norwegian Zesty Rice Bowl
A flavorful and easy-to-make rice bowl dish with a zesty Norwegian twist.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Brown rice
- β2 tbsp Zesty sauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Norwegian pickled vegetables
- β1/2 cup NoodleOptional
- β1/4 cup Sliced almondsOptional

Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package instructions.

Heat zesty sauce in a pan over medium heat.

Add Norwegian pickled vegetables to the pan and stir to combine.

If using noodles, cook according to package instructions and set aside.

Assemble the bowls by spooning cooked brown rice into the bottom of a bowl.

Add a spoonful of the pickled vegetable mixture on top of the rice.

If using noodles, add them on top of the pickled vegetables.
