Greek Shrimp Skewers
A refreshing and flavorful Greek-inspired appetizer or snack, featuring zesty marinated shrimp grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β12-15 large shrimpdeveined and peeled
- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 tsp zesty Greek seasoning
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup feta cheesecrumbly
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat grill to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, zesty seasoning, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
