Crispy Danmuji Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, featuring crispy danmuji and a zesty twist.
Ingredients
- β4-6 slices Danmuji
- β6-8 shells Taco shells
- β1 cup Shredded lettuce
- β1/2 cup Zesty taco sauce
- β1/2 cup Queso fresco (or feta cheese)
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β1 cup Sliced radishes
- β1/2 cup Sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

2. Cook the danmuji slices until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

3. Meanwhile, warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
