Turkish-Italian Boregi with Zesty Fish
A fusion dish of Turkish boregi with Italian flavors and zesty fish filling, perfect for a light dinner.

- β1/2 pound barramundi, flaked Zesty Fish Filling
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Turkish Feta Cheese
- β2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Su (Water)
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Thaw the boregi dough according to package instructions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked fish, crumbled feta cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Unroll the boregi dough and cut it into 12 equal pieces.

Place a tablespoon of the fish mixture onto one half of each dough piece.

Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
