Korean Pasta Linguine
A fusion dish of Korean and Italian flavors, combining the zesty taste of Korean chili paste with linguine pasta.
Ingredients
- β1 pound linguine pastagluten-free
- β2 tablespoons Korean chili paste (gochujang)adjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons zesty sauce (gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar)homemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon toasted sesame seedsoptional

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the Korean chili paste and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the zesty sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
