Kenyan Stilton Fried Rice

Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Stilton cheesecrumbled
- β2 tablespoons Kenyan stews zesty saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 cups Fried ricecooked
- β1 cup Cooked chicken breastdiced
- β1 cup Scrambled eggsbeaten
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Soy saucegluten-free
- β Salt and pepperto taste
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oilfor frying

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the scrambled eggs to the skillet and cook until set, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked fried rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the Kenyan stews zesty sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
