- β1 cup, cut into 1-inch cubes Lamb substitute (such as seitan)
- β2 medium, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β3 medium, peeled and chopped Potatoes
- β1 large, chopped Onions
- β1 cup, sliced Mushrooms
- β1/2 cup Vegan Guinness stout
- β2 cups Vegetable broth
- β2 sprigs Thyme

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the lamb substitute, carrots, potatoes, onions, and mushrooms.
