- β1/4 cup Ikurafresh or canned, drained
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Zesty Olive Oilor other mild oil
- β Saltto taste
- β Pepperto taste
