Tuna and Vitello Stir-Fry
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring fresh tuna and vitello, stir-fried to perfection. This recipe is quick, easy, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Tuna fillets
- β8 oz Vitello (thinly sliced)
- β2 tbsp Italian zesty dressing
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β1/4 cup Tonnato sauce
- β2 tbsp Cooking oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced vitello and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Remove the vitello from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the skillet, then add the minced garlic and grated ginger.

Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add the tuna fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Return the vitello to the skillet and stir in the Italian zesty dressing, chopped cilantro, and tonnato sauce.
