Andouille Hash and Eggs
A hearty breakfast recipe featuring andouille sausage, crispy hash browns, and fluffy eggs.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups Hash Browns
- ●4 Large Eggs
- ●to taste Salt and Pepper
- ●1/4 cup Zesty Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook hash browns according to package instructions.

Slice andouille sausage into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sausage to skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
