Baked Fish in Portuguese Stew
A delicious and flavorful French-inspired dish featuring flaky fish baked in a rich portuguese stew.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets flaky fish (cod)
- β1 packet portuguese stew mix
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 can tomato
- β2 tbsp zesty lemon juice
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β salt
- β pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the stew mix and cook according to the packet instructions.

Add the tomato and lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine.
