Filipino-Style Zesty Egg Bake
A delicious breakfast or brunch dish combining zesty Filipino flavors with eggs baked in a flavorful mixture.

- β2 tablespoons Filipino-style vinegar
- β1 teaspoon zesty seasoning
- β1/4 cup chopped green onions
- β1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- β2 tablespoons butter
- β salt and pepper
- β ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add chopped green onions and cook until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and season with zesty seasoning. Add cooked green onions and stir.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange half of the grated cheddar cheese.

Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and smooth the top.
