- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 medium CarrotsPeeled and chopped
- β2 stalks CeleryChopped
- β2 tbsp Atakilt spice mixYou can make your own or use store-bought
- β2 tbsp Zesty lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking

Season the steak with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook to desired level of doneness.
