Grilled Middle Eastern Turkey Skewers
Juicy turkey skewers marinated in zesty Egyptian spices and grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of your favorite salad or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubesYou can also use thighs if preferred
- β2 tablespoons Zesty Egyptian spice blendA mix of paprika, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper
- β1 stalk Neck of celery, cut into 1-inch piecesFor added flavor and texture
- β10-12 Wooden skewersSoak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon Olive oilFor brushing the skewers

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F/200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the zesty Egyptian spice blend, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Add the turkey cubes and celery pieces to the marinade. Toss to coat.

Thread the turkey and celery onto the wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
