Malaysian Shrimp Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with succulent shrimp, crunchy noodles, and a hint of zesty spice. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz shrimp
- β8 oz noodles
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 tbsp zesty sauce (or sriracha)
- β2 tbsp crushed peanuts
- β1 cup bean sprouts
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp sugar
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

Add the bean sprouts, zesty sauce, soy sauce, and sugar to the skillet.
