Norwegian Crumble Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, this recipe combines the flavors of Norway with the heart of Mexican cuisine.
Ingredients
- β8 oz zesty norwegian cheese
- β1 cup crumbly crackers
- β1/2 cup oat flour
- β1/4 cup crumble butter
- β1 lb ground beefcook until browned
- β2 tsp taco seasoning
- β8-10 tortillas
- β1 cup sour cream
- β1 tsp cumin
- β2 tbsp lime juice

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add taco seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix together zesty norwegian cheese, crumbly crackers, oat flour, and crumble butter.

Add the cheese mixture to the skillet with the ground beef and stir to combine.

Warm tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
