Moroccan Beef Pastilla Bites
A keto twist on the classic Moroccan dish, these bites are crispy, flavorful, and packed with beef. Serve as a snack or appetizer.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced tomatoes, Moroccan spice blend, and lemon juice to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cut the shredded pastry into small squares, about 2 inches (5 cm) per side.

Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the center of each pastry square, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
