Turkish-Style Kisir Salad with Grilled Foie Gras
A refreshing and exotic salad made with kisir, zesty vegetables, and crispy textures, topped with a rich grilled foie gras.

- β100g Crunchy Turkish breadcrumbled
- β1 medium Red onion
- β1 medium Zesty cucumber
- β200g Juicy cherry tomatoes
- β50g Feta cheese
- β150g Gras foie
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

1. Grill the foie gras to an internal temperature of 130Β°F (54Β°C) for medium-rare.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the kisir, crumbled Turkish bread, diced red onion, sliced zesty cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together a vinaigrette made from olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Pour the vinaigrette over the kisir mixture and toss to combine.
